Let’s try to make my logo with just text and CSS3:

As you can see, the text-shadow just doesn’t cut it, especially with the black text and light shading. I don’t know how to create more shading. The radius on the blur only makes the shading spread out more - it doesn’t actually create more shading.

Yes, the font is different, too, but that could be remedied by simply loading the correct one (or just deciding to change the logo to what I’ve got). The font weight is also off; I can’t seem to get the text to be quite bold enough, even when specifying a font weight of 900.

However, in spite of all that, it’s still pretty cool that you can make such an interesting and interactive display out of what is now just basic markup. Select some of the text for proof.
